If things with you partner is not good instead of walking away, sit down and write out what you love about that and how you met what makes you smile about them, leave little notes around the house or office reminding them why you both feel in love You don’t have to make this a long letter just a short note saying "hi just wanted to remind you remember when we met, and you took 2 weeks for you to ask me out" of something like that.

When I use to watch my sons walk and begin to talk, they put me in this state, and then they gave me that hugs or held my hand, I was in that state. Love goes were positive energy flows and "important; You can have what you want all you need to do is ask, focus and it will be yours"

Never feel you alone as your not, wealth is not just for money its family friends, write and wealth list and see how truly wealthy you really are, list the people and things that you love and care for and you will see that the world is not such a bad place, this can be used as things you can be grateful for, this is the law of gratitude and the important, Law of attraction, law of polarity will come forward.

This is the direct link to the source, located directly above your head, this is were the almighty power sits and were we the universe draws its power, we live due to this source And we will grow, this is the river of life is at its peak and flows from there though out creation, we all can have a Part of this river and drink from its waters.

Do not think just because it’s divine that we cannot have drink from the well of life, through out time there has been many people trying to find the source of life, the interesting think was the source of life is already with us, according to many Beliefs and my elders "we all flow from the source, and the source is the life that we shall inspire to, love is around to show us that the source is here and we live on love" the elders

6. CORRESPONDENCE
The Brow Charka
Located between your eyes, in many beliefs this is said to be able to open and close to see the world of spirit, is focused hard and training this is possible.

the eye can be found on the dollar bill and the sign of the illuminati, a secret society that governs part of the world the eye is always been known to have the protection for the person what wears this symbol.

The charka is very good when using the minds eye when foreseeing the future many clairvoyants use this as there main source of guidance, mediums have access this as well, when visualising we use this though at times many people are not aware of it, We at times access the third eye, when day dreaming, sleeping, thinking and wishing it are a very important part of our human self.

5 VIBRATION
The Throat Charka
Well the location speaks for itself; communication is the key to this charka many times when we are not focused on telling people what we really feel then your throat will be effected, it has been proven by science that when we are holding back and not expressing information this will cause our bodies to get effected; in this case it will be the throat.

A good and effective way to keep this charka clear is to speak with tact about what is troubling you,Or the second idea one would say, visualise yourself speaking out loud with reference to the things that are playing on your mind never feel as if you cannot express yourself, if your birth right and the law of attraction will give it to you whatever you want.

4. POLARITY
The Heart Charka
The charka is dealing with the elements of emotion, this again is energy and we can use this charka to change the out come of how we are feeling, the heart is green in colour and is well connected with the higher charkas especially the third eye and the crown charka.

At times you may feel this charka pulsating; this is normally in my experience if a spirit of a loved one is thinking of you be reminded that each charka you have transmits and receives energy levels and the heart is not different, there has been many pictures of Jesus with his hand on his heart, and the heart being open, its are shown here and it’s called the sacred heart, when you give out and the heart is pure the feeling is so good, so the universal law and the law of attraction supply you with more love and more of that feeling and this is done by law.

3. RHYTHM
The Naval Charka
This is an interesting charka for me, The Buddhist believe that creation started from the belly button, many people I have spoken think that is a crazy notions, however I don't just think about it; when a baby is in the mothers womb, what is the critical part of the body that feeds the baby?, The umbilical cord, it's the long flexible tube that connect the fetus (you) with the placenta, which is the organ formed in the womb whilst being pregnant and provides nutriments to the fetus (the baby).

The charka is where your intension sits, I'm not sure if you have heard of the saying "I have a gut feeling" this is the location that the messages from the source will arrive all this is Importantand the Law of attraction, law of polarity and as you can see effects the seven charkas, Important; You can have what you want all you need to do is ask, focus and it will be yours

2.CAUSE AND EFFECT
The Spleen Charka
If do bad deeds you will receive bad things, if you hurt someone then you will receive the same thing back to you, this is the same with good deeds, the cause and effects law my sons know very much, as I often say when treating people with respect You will receive the same respect back, however if they will receive the same non polite manner they have shown you.

This again goes through the universal law and the law of attraction "what you think about you bring about" if you don’t they you will never receive the dream car, house or friends that you always wanted.

I remember talking to an old friend about the universal law, the said "I so wanted my dream car, so if I focus on it I will receive it" my response was yes, but you need to help the law of attraction and act as if, therefore if you have a car already you must when driving visualise you are driving your dream car, however if you cannot drive still go through the same process but learn to drive.

1.GENDER
The Root Charka
This charka is the link to the source via the earth, you know that every living person can stop a natural disaster if we just learn how to use the universal law and with collective thinking we can prevent the world from being in such a way.

As the root is rooted to the earth you can easily use and Important, Law of attraction, law of polarity, seven charkas will help manifest all the things you want from the ground, I taught a gardener the same process he did not believe at first, but he had problems growing his flowers as they always seem to not grow to the full potential, I said "will the planet to grow, when planting the plant close your eyes for a short time and see the plant as you will it to be, then carry on with the process of planting" he did this and his flowers grown that summer.

I did the same in my garden when I moved from London to outer London; I grew up with no gardening experience yet though my neighbours said the plants often die, I had total faith that the ones I selected from the garden centre will grow, and year after year my planet grew well, you see not why its Important, Law of attraction, law of polarity, seven charkas are used to make things happen.

Garden designers are doing the same thing when designing a garden they focus on the out come of the garden, which flowers they want and then they create the garden on paper, and every time they become a success so your focus calls in the universal laws, first focusing calls upon the law of energy to summon the other laws to notice, then when visualising the law of polarity comes and transmits the inner-self focus so the outer-self takes an action this is when the law of attraction comes in and attracts the elements, and laws so that everything is bound.
