Law of Gratitude
Summary
The Law of Gratitude simply by saying you should be in this state 24 hours a day, you should be feeling this feeling all the time, when you walk down the road, you should be in gratitude. When you look at your children, you should be in gratitude. When you look at your wife, husband or partner you should be in gratitude.
You see this is a state of accepting and being grateful for there existence, they chose to be with you, they chose to love and support you, they chose to be the ones that listen when the energies are not going right and everything around you is not balanced, then you know, that this love, that is sitting listening, comforting and reassuring you, that everything is going to be okay, then you know you should be in gratitude.
Step 1 – The Explanation
When I was a young, growing up in the east-end of London, my family was not very well off, my father went to work and my mother was the noble house wife, with us 5 children to cloth and feed.
At times, things were hard, but I remember my mother always smiling and she always made sure that no matter how bad things got finically, when there was a school trip my mother made sure we had the money to go, This is when the law of gratitude was in action, sit is featured in the secret.
I never really know what she or my father did for us when we was growing up, well you don’t really notice, well in fact you don’t really care. However I do know, one thing, that I would not be as poor as my mother and father was and all the time I made this my goal, it was strange I ended up just like them, living in a council flat in a non affluent area.
I could not say when I was young, that I was unhappy, the fact is I was not, but now being in the same position as my parents, with all the stress, pain and de-motivating feelings, life turns out to be somewhat negative.
There is one thing I have learned, after studying my self for the last 33 years, I found the law of gratitude, is this, be grateful for those around you, yes at times they come and go and you have disagreement with them, but there is a saying “nothing ventured, nothing gained”.
The way I have begun to build my life and be happy in what I have around me, is by doing various exercises to recognise and review what is important in my life and this is what I want to show you, this is shown with in the law of gratitude, which is pointed in the secret.
Step 2 - The Letter
This form of accepting is one of the most power forms of learning what you have in you r life and the value of it, get a blank piece of paper and a pen and address it to you, because this letter is a letter to you, telling you about what you have and what you have achieved.
Write this letter as if you was writing to a person you have not met before, but you was explaining in details what you have achieved.
Example
Dear Matthew,
I how everything is well with you, I have come to realise that though things are hard for me at the moment, if it was not for the two boys and my partner (name the partner here) I could not of understand, how much I am valued.
Mother and father are fine, they looking happy, my three brothers and sister are too, though I have not seen them lately, sent me a text to say they are well” remember the reunion we attend and only the close of my dear friend were there, they are well too.
My job is good though things are getting busy, and the car is looking good oh and the house were living in, I am not much keen on the area at the moment and looking to move.
Anyway you take care and speak to you soon.

This is a very good way of drawing the emotions of gratitude out, you can even build on why you feel so passionate about these people, explain why your love your brother or sister, it s a fun project and you can learn so much about your self.
When things are going right remember to say thank you, we often when things are going wrong, place blame and say that that the source has not supported us and we are not please why should we say thank you.
It is true that every good taught is 100 times more powerful that a negative one, so there should be no worries there, to be thankful is to accept that we are pleased and when we have the feeling of being pleased the source provides us with more like taught.
