Information; is the key to achieving the morst important decision of what you really want in life and with out goal setting we will struggle...

I would like to review the important information based on the aspects of decsion making and of reasons why you should select a coach to help! You must understand what a coach is! Be sure within yourself for the reasons why you are undertaking this process! Review the expectations of what a coach can help you achieve? And how you can benefit from coaching?

The check list is something i wanted to share with you it’s based on the idea when your not sure if you should chose a coach to help you, the following words is a saying my father used to reassure me at times like this; when people talk behind your back especially when it comes to things they don’t know about.

The Check list more effective when you are honest about yourself and your intensions as the only one that is to gain out of this is you! Mark down the number from 1 -10 next to each question.

1. Coaching Check List

On the scale from 1-10, 1 being the least and 10 the best in taking the following action;

a) Implementing to modify your personal-self in order to be in a better place or mind set, how does this make you feel?

b) Systematically honestly recording your results and learning from them?

c) Taking an action based on the above results.

Results Here is the scoring of each question; 1-3 Ranking

Talking and having a session to review your outcome that you intend to achieve, information, coaching, goal setting, being fundamental honest with oneself as there is no easy way or being successful if you are not honest with you the only person you will be cheating is you so use the check list and goal setting.

3-5 Ranking

If you have scored within this section then it’s a good idea to consult a coach however the session base will be upon building on what you have achieved on a personal level.

5-8 Ranking

You need just a brief session with a coach on information, coaching, goal setting can help as there is not much work that needs reviewing, be well assured that a good coach will still review, but only briefly, and to make sure you have achieved the path to your target goal or simply making sure you know and understand your target goal.

8-10 Ranking You don’t need a session with a coach, however it maybe an idea to have spot meeting, this is only to help you iron out any stumbling blocks you may have the coach can give you, guidance, help you review your check list or show you various techniques to over come some challenges you might be facing.

2 Inspired choice

What is your goal, to achieve the over all goal? As at times we get lost along the way and we don’t seem to understand that our goal is not the prize, the process is the prize, as we move on through various challenges and have to face our inner demons, "something we all do not like to see" we have to be reminded that we are all humans.

The overall goal is brilliant, but remember information, goal setting, coaching, check list, decision it’s the way you achieve it is the true overall goal, for example it’s nice to have a million pounds right? But once we achieve this through means such as the lotto, we must remember the path we had walked; in this case the path is from birth to being a million pounds richer.

However in many self made millionaires; there path is different and can be for much a longer spell of time and the important factor to remember is how they made there millions, they must of drawn the line in there life and said “I want more” and focused on the greater and more important things, this is when the law of attraction, the law of polarity and using the law of belief there life had to shifted to achieve this outcome.

3 Support

This so useful when you are being coached by a coach or mentor, if you are working with a coach to transcend out of the negative of your life style such as work, you must be aware that you must have a least a friend or family member that can give you the day to day push.

The coach is there to provide you with information and the tools and show you goal setting that you are entitled to more in your life, you must avoid the words that lead you to some day island "some day island" these words are I cannot do that!, I’m not sure if this is what I want, they will not let me, or in short, might, will, not sure, why.

Then there is bliss-vale, information, coaching, goal setting, these words that would be associated here are, I’m going to review this later today at such and such a time, I can afford that, I going to get that tomorrow on the way too... again in short, going too, can, on my way all these will help you change the mind about your understanding about changing.

4 Monitoring

One of the fundamental things about this process is keeping on track and not letting yourself come to a halt or have any set backs though these may take place its valuable that you know how to deal with these.

You will need to put in place a process that will keep you on track to achieve your over all goal, this is why I use the process of target break downs this will help you know were you are going and you can set them task by task, for example if you are trying to deal with self confidence it might be a good idea depending on the comfortable change, so think about using goal setting as a stepping stone and coach will every effective.

I advise to monitor on a weekly bases, setting goals week by week, therefore if on one of the weeks for example you need to speak in public and you achieve this, then this is a step in the right direction and of course if my number rule make notes, as this will point out how you felt at the time due to the fact that you will be facing things weekly and it will help some time later when your reflecting on your notes and say “oh yes I achieved that” and the final point is if you put a star next to the page or title with the number 1-10, of course, 1 being the worst and 10 the best for feeling you can monitor how you felt at this time so when you face the same situation you will see the improvement.

5 Reward

When you have placed achieved a stepping stone goal, which is a miles stone to your overall goal what would you do to reward yourself for achieving this?

There are many forms of rewards, I want you to be aware this is not the reward which means that you’re going to spend money on buying yourself something, but this is more of an inner-self reward.

I have to use me again as a example which I used “non spending” as reward but a feeling, I always liked to be in control and still do, however I know in order for me to achieve my goal I needed to trust in the source, though I love the source with all my heart its one thing saying it then putting them words in to action.

I remember, the need to leave my direction within the hands of the source or I would not achieve my goal, my worst stumbling block are when things go all quiet and there is no movement in business for me; I go into a deep meditation and ask the source to deliver the next part of his plan, and then I needed to trust in it, there was a time in business were two projects seemed to have not relevance in each other yet I know that they were worlds apart and they needed to form one way or another, I just left this to the source I used the S.I.M. Theory (State your Intention, and be Motivated).

This then allowed the law of attraction and the law of polarity, to move into action and work with the law of belief and this is when the two projects gelled, I leaned that the reward was the feeling, the feeling of achieving the belief within the source, and that feeling is more powerful than spending money, this is the law of gratitude and when you use this law and your truly thankful you start building and grow stronger this is when the other laws shine and serve you more, the key is being thankful.

Decision Making

Well this is not always the best task to undertake in order for you to have belief in your self many people procrastinate this is the biggest enemy to be a good decision maker.

Try this when your out next and notice the difference and the effects it has on the result of what your procrastinating about, the following questions will help you to understand yourself a bit more when it comes to being in the moment and making the correct choice.

It is said that people who are good at making decisions make them quickly and often, yet those who are not, take longer and don’t change the mind at all, use these questions to help you and write your answer on a separate paper to understand fully what your truly about, remember the key like all things in coaching it's honesty the information that coaching supplies will help you but if your not honest your only hurting yourself by not being honest this information will help you with your goal setting also.

Example

This is for those who procrastinate a lot make a decision, how many times have you picked up something in the store and then as your walking to the counter you say, “oh no I don’t need it, err do I really want it? Oh look at the price” these are procrastinators and they will be in the store for hours, however decision makers will look at the price, the quality and the product and say “hmmm yes its fair” next minute they purchased the product.

What kinds of decision are you’re likely to make?

How do you feel about the decision?

Notice how long it has taken you to make that choice, and then use the S.I.M. theory and stick to it.

What other sources is holding you back or crossing you mind that is preventing you from reaching a decision?

Why don’t you make a brief list of options that you can use to achieve what you want?

Is the other people that will be effected by your decision?

Have you over looked any other information that you will assist you with your choices

Follow the following;

What – you will do next

When – you will do it

Whom - you will communicate it to others

How - you will try to do it

Now you have a list write down next to your answer how you feel from 1 – 10 and 1 being the worst and 10 the best, mark down how you feel, and cross reference with the score bar below this information is very valueable.

Myths of Change (It’s alright to change!)

There is a myth about change which holds everyone back, and there are many ways we view these they do not help you to achieve in fact they hold you back, or delay any possible progress that you might be entitled to or wish to pursue, here are a few examples;

I don’t deserve to be happy/successful or in a loving relationship!!!

Only the good looking people are attracted to each other!!

I will never be rich!!!

I’m too old to change!!

I prefer to see other people happy before me!!!

Of these statements you must admit you will of said it at one point in your life we all have, the important thing is to realise and then change it, and when you don’t give with a full heart then this is a negative vibration that is so powerful that the universal laws see this therefore send more of what you are asking.

As when you don’t give with a full heart it’s a powerful energy that has the ability to move your position though you have good intention the universal laws only see and feel your emotion.

I know the last thing we intend to do is call more negativity, I mean who in there right minds wants more bad things coming to them but remember “what you think about you bring about” therefore think of good things and release good vibrations, there are ways you can over come these stumbling blocks and my book “The Source” teaches you many ways to achieve this.

Dealing with Self Confidence

This is never easy to realise about yourself, but there something I want you all to know that everyone suffers from this from time to time no matter who are you, even the great entrepreneur Richard Branson, he said “to every failed business venture I do I learn from it, and then move on knowing I learned and will know what to miss out in the future, then I can have total confidence” or words to those effect.

He always seems to be confident, but remember how you know you are doing some thing wrong if you always walking with you noise in the air, and then people call you “out of touch”.

There is a huge link with jealous from other and confidence, many people who are not confident, though they think there not, try to keep those who are outwardly confident down, this can take many forms from oppression, bullying, casting negative views about the person to a social circle all these are a sign or jealously.

Then there is the inward confident who is always silent and will not say anything, these people are ones like Bill Gates, he will never boost about what he is going to do but will always come up with the goods.

Now I guess your wondering which is the best one to be inner-confident or outer-confident, in fact there is no right or wrong, you are what you are keep this information close, and what ever you feel comfortable doing you do that, all coaching can do is help you achieve greater highest, give you tips and hints and goal setting to teach you how to over come stumbling block which you will face along the way, and you must learn how to deal with that.

I like you all to take on board all the information, that goal setting, decision making, and coaching its important to be confident you are inner or outer; mark down again the number system from 1 – 10 with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest.

Do you mind people knowing you goals that you have set?

Do you like to be noticed?

In events when talking to people would you speak you mind?

Would you dance in the middle of a dance floor?

How much do you like the colour, Yellow?

Results

If you have marked these entire general questions above 5 then you are an outer confident person. Remember there is no wrong or right here whatever you are, the information and the work of goal settnig you will gain the power if you are an inner confident to achieve things that will wow many strangers, friends and family. So be happy with who you are!!

Overcoming Stumbling Blocks

Many of use don’t like to face set backs, this information about stumbling block is important to coaching, but remember “what does not kill you makes us stronger” as my older brother Chris use to say.

I like to view goal setting to help beat stumbling blocks as they are check points, just like the human body if you get aches and pains this is the body telling you something is not working right, so if you get a stumbling block within a project of in life review the situation.

Repeat the following over and over until its goes into the inner mind;

Stumbling blocks are positive check points!!!!

They truly are, the are warning you against something that could be very back and negative, when you make that decision and planned your project no matter how much checks and double checking I have done, I always create a check list and agenda for review my project, if the project last over four weeks then I review the project weekly even though I know there will not be a problem and if there is its nipped in the bud in case it grows.

Its paramount to have a second plan just in case things don’t go according to plan this way you can divert to plan B, If the stumbling block is to great I seek help from another source to help cast a second eye over my project.

A good way is to brain storm as there is many ideas and information that could help you in with the project so put stars by them, or if you are having problems here speak to another person about this is a powerful process that can help you.

Positive Thinking

There are many forms of why we should not stay focused but limited reasons why we should stay focused, someone said to me once “why is it so easy for negative people to bring down positive people”. The simple answer to that is as positive people we want the best for other people and would like them to see things through our eyes and share in the abundance, this is why you’re a positive person, negative people don’t really care if you’re happy.

Trying to be positive within a negative environment is a hard task, as many times they like to pull you down as I have said before, and this information is so important, this even happens to friends who are not having such a good time.

As I was growing up I found that many people tried to work out what my secret to being, and that simple secret you call it, is simply just being me and be happy and grateful with what I have.

Though I work a lot, I value the time I spend with my family as this could not be replaced, I spent a lot of the time worrying about other people said about me in the past this was my problem and the greatest thing that held me back.

Remember that when you are thinking negative you will be calling in to your life negative things, so think positive and you will be calling into your life positive things.
